About Me

I'm the author of Proof of Heaven (William Morrow, 2011) and Proof of Angels (William Morrow, 2014), which was a Target Book pick. My articles, blogs, and essays have been featured in several national magazines, on the radio, and on national television. I used to teach writing and literature at the University of Cincinnati, and now teach storytelling, writing, and Design Thinking for Xavier University.

As a versatile and prolific author, editor, and international New York Times and Wall Street Journal best-selling ghostwriter, I have edited hundreds of books and ghostwritten thirty published books for some of the world's leading executives, entrepreneurs, doctors, artists, celebrities, and religious leaders.

I previously taught writing and literature for the University of Cincinnati. Currently, I am helping several clients write their own books, while I work on my memoir and next novel.

I am married to Greg Hackett and I'm the proud mother of two grown children.
